All exposed lumber is pressure treated against termite damage and decay. There are no painting, caulking, decaying or termite problems. Ulrich products are built with 4x6 treated runners, 2x4 treated floor joists on 16" centers (12" centers on our garages), 5/8" treated plywood flooring (3/4" on garages) and treated T1-11 weather sealed siding. Treated wood trim provides ultimate weather protection. Exterior nails are ring-shanked and galvanized to eliminate rust.
