"When you live in a neighborhood with a prominent Homeowners Association, you feel the pressure to ensure what sits on your property is the best of the best. Ken Barnett needed a storage shed, and he needed the style to fit in his well-groomed neighborhood. When he told his next door neighbor, she was concerned that what he bought was going to be an eyesore to her. However, Ken knew just where to look for a beautiful quality shed.
Ken needed the extra space in his current garage, the HOA in his neighborhood would only allow a 10x12 storage shed, not enough to fit his wife’s mini cooper as he had hoped, but the shed is big enough for him to set up his motorcycle inside. From here, Ken plans on insulating and sheetrocking the inside, to create a workshop for himself.
With metal fencing, Ulrich would have been unable to build the shed in our factory, and deliver, so the onsite crew of Caleb and Michael came and constructed his shed in one day. Ken was so pleased with their work, and was surprised that Caleb was only twenty years old, “He had the maturity and drive of someone much older” he said. Ken’s next door neighbor was so pleased to see the finished product and realized that he carefully considered the style and the effect it would have on the community. Now the whole neighborhood can look at, and enjoy the craftsmanship of our Ulrich Crew."
